At 49 Seats, the Odd Duck Studio was founded in 1997 and a regular Seattle Fringe Festival venue. Now home to Eclectic Theater Company. Stage is approximately 700 sq ft. Performance rental is $120 for 4 hours (or $30 per hour). Rehearsal rate is $9/hour. Lighting, box office and other personnel can be hired. Deposit for a performance rental is $490. This includes 15 pre-paid Technical Director hours as well as key and damage deposit. Financial arrangements are by contract and must be paid in advance. Dressing room is available, but small. Can accomodate 1-4 people comfortably, though we have had larger casts share the space.

Home to Seattle's INTIMAN Theatre, the renovated INTIMAN Playhouse is located on the north end of the Seattle Center grounds on Mercer Street. This 446 seat extended apron theatre is ideal for a variety of functions, from theatrical productions to lectures.
The large lobby area and secluded courtyard with fountain make the Playhouse perfect for gatherings ranging in size from 100 to 500 people. The facility is close to ample, covered parking with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and the park-like setting of the Seattle Center campus.
The Playhouse also is home to a completely self-contained 50' x 50' black box rehearsal space, The Studio.

A variety of performance spaces, meeting rooms and reception spaces are available. The Seattle Rep's seasonal hiatus is May through mid-September. Please call to inquire about your specific date. First consideration is always given to Seattle Repertory Theatre's own season. Three theatres provide seating for your performance/meeting; the Bagley Wright Theatre seats 847; the Leo Kreielsheimer seats 286; and the Poncho Forum seats 99. Depends on event and needs. Two spaces: the Upstage is 47 Seats ( 1000 sq. ft ) and the Downstage is 64 Seats. Performance rental is $125 and $145 respectively. Rehearsal rate is $8/hour. Class Rentals are $25/hour. 50/50 Door cut with a $75.00 guarantee with box and tech pay additional - We supply box office and tech - We pay all additional such as House Mgr, Bartender, Concessionaire. Stage size is 30 x 12 at farthest pont, lip is 20W tapered to 8FT. No actual dressing room. The back office and booth or bathrooms are usually used. There are clothing hooks in the 8 x 8FT wings. Alder Stage - 218 seats; Morrison Stage – 168 seats. Yes, we rent out rehearsal and performance space based on availability. The Alder Stage is $600 a night for performance and $300 a night for tech/rehearsal. The Morrison Stage is $480 a night for performance and $240 for rehearsal. Both theaters have dressing rooms.
