Renting at $150/night, The Ballard Underground is a Black Box theatre with flexible stage size and seating (typical arrangement features a stage that is approx. 24' wide x 20' deep). Backstage is a crossover space. Two rooms used for storage and green room. Seating capacity is 91 depending on layout. Available during May through September, December and for short run performances October through April.

Stage is approximately 700 sq ft. Performance rental is $125 for 4 hours (or $32 per hour).  Rehearsal rate is $12/hour for non-profits and artists. Discount rates for TPS members as well as AEA, SAG & AFTRA.  Lighting, box office and other personnel can be hired. Deposit for a performance rental is $535, which includes 15 pre-paid Technical Director hours as well as key and damage deposit. Financial arrangements are by contract and must be paid in advance. Dressing room is available, but small; can accomodate 1-4 people comfortably, though larger casts have used the space. Second rehearsal/meeting space/extended green room now available for $8/hour. ETC manages concessions sales and house operation. Credit Card Processing available for 5% administrative fee.

Rooms in the Phinney Neighborhood Center's historic school buildings and the Greenwood Senior Center are rented by organizations, businesses and individuals for classes, meetings, lectures and events. Free parking is available in lots adjacent to each building.  The Center is open Monday-Friday 9 a.m.- 10 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m.- 3 p.m. Extended hours may be arranged for one-time rentals for an additional charge. Rooms are rented "on the hour, by the hour." Setup and cleanup time should be included in the rental time. Tables and chairs are available for most rooms.
