Founded in 2001, Macha Monkey's work features powerful themes, strong humor and rough and tough female characters. MM's season runs from September to June. Macha mounts full productions of new plays, curates a reading series of new plays in progress called The Distillery, and offers innovative education programs for students of all ages.
