A singing coach, Marianne Weltmann has an MS from the Julliard School of Music and has performed in New York and Europe.  Her students include working professionals performing in opera, theatre, and concerts both locally and nationwide.  A native speaker of German, who has also lived in Italy, she works on diction for opera singers and is a translator. She has taught singing for over 20 years.

Jordan is an active member of NYSTA and has studied anatomy and physiology as well as the latest developments in neurology and teaching practices.  Jordan has had students perform in the Met Opera children’s chorus, on Broadway in Little Women, Tony and Tina’s Wedding, and The Wedding Singer, in the Broadway tour of Aida, and in countless off-Broadway productions.  He was also selected to coach an American Idol contestant on The Morning Show.  Wentworh has 10 years full-time teaching experience and several more years of part-time teaching experience.  He has performed 38 opera roles in New York and beyond.

A veteran of 30 years of touring with operas and symphonies and as a recitalist, Ms. Rogers is currently a soloist with the Seattle Gilbert and Sullivan Society.  In addition, she toured with D’oyle Carte (the original Gilbert and Sullivan company) here in the United State.   Trained at the New England Conservatory of Music, Ms. Rogers taught for 25 years at Portland State University and specializes in vocal techniques and diction for singers in all the European languages.  She teaches all styles, from gospel to classical to musical theatre.

Penelope Vrachopoulos teaches voice interpretation for actors and singers.  Vrachopoulos, an actor/singer and director, has a Ph.D. in Music from Stanford University and has been teaching singing for 35 years.  She is also Artistic Director of Eastside Lyric Theatre, a Gilbert and Sullivan company.

Founded in 2010, the Greater Seattle Choral Consortium (GSCC) brings together over 80 of the Seattle area’s premiere choral arts organizations in the spirit of cooperation and collegiality. Together the members of the Consortium work to share resources, offer advice, and support each other’s efforts to bring choral music to singers and audiences throughout the greater Seattle region.

GSCC also lists choral events and has a “find a choir for you” app.
