Founded in 2004, with branches in Seattle and Lexington, KY, American Radio Theater produces audio shows in the style of Old Time Radio. Productions include historical dramas, comedies, mysteries, detective stories, westerns, suspense, adventure, romance, and science fiction. ART wants to bring OTR stories back to life, and encourage new writers of audio drama.
We don’t announce auditions. Instead, we meet twice a month (2nd and 4th Mondays as a rule), and get an idea of voice possibilities during those meetings.

Founded in 2000, Seattle Radio Theatre produces the only regularly scheduled live broadcasts of historic and contempora ry radio drama in the Free World.
